These terms govern your access to and use of Selectora. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Selectora.

1. Service description

Selectora provides an embeddable product-finder widget that lets online stores add a short guided quiz to their storefront and return product recommendations to shoppers, along with an analytics dashboard. Selectora is early stage and we may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Selectora for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload or process content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Resell or redistribute the service except as permitted by your plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. No warranty

Selectora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will produce any particular commercial result.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selectora and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you.
