A session is counted each time a visitor opens the widget and answers at least one question. Closing without interacting does not count.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate any billing difference.
The widget will still appear on your store but will show a friendly message to visitors that the recommendation service is temporarily unavailable. You will receive an email notification before you hit the limit.
No contracts, no minimum term. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before your next billing date. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be cancelled for a prorated refund within 30 days.
